Welcome all to our humble little wonderland!

We all have our inner child in us what more cravings for cute things even though if we are well, not so young anymore?

Here you'll find deliciously cute 100% handmade pendants, bracelets, decoratives and so much more. Each and everyone one of them is made with tender loving care (judging from how much time we spend to mold each of them..awwww*)

Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods each one is unique and so they are all slightly different from the displayed images.

How to care for your items

Although all our items are made out of clay, like all other different type of jewellery, you should keep your items in a safe place to prevent damages as if it is not treated with care, it may break.

Important note: All items should not be placed under water as it may damage the item as well as the metal hooks attached to it.

Special requests

If you have any special requests eg. some items that we may not have, you may send us a picture and we will try and see if we can "conjure" it up for you! Pricing depends on the materials used and complexity of the item.

Items which require special customization such as requesting for different colours, chain length and adding/removing certain features of an item can also be done. Just email us and let us know.

All our chains and hooks contain nickel. If you are allergic to nickel and would like to request for eg. silver , please contact us. *Additional fee applicable.

Terms and Conditions

Returns & Privacy Policies:

1) All goods sold are non-refundable

2) All goods sold are only exchangeable under the discretion of the management within 5 days( In the unlikely event that you have received a wrong item or a damaged piece you should contact us immediately. If you receive a damaged item please send photos of it and we'll send a new one; if you have received a wrong item please re-send it back to us and we'll replace it for the correct one). We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage when you send the item back. You may send it by registered post.

3) Items in Clearance Sale section are strictly non-exchangeable nor refundable.

4) There will be no exchange of items due to wash stains as supplier is not responsible, do refer to care for your yummies for more information.

5) Buyer should allow within around 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.

6) Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution

7) We are not responsible for loss of items through normal post. If you wish to opt for registered post, kindly reply in our confirmation mail to let us know.

8) All our prices are nett and priced in Malaysian ringgit.

9) All items will be sent through Pos Malaysia, the local mail provider. We do not do meetups.

10) We accept payments via bank transfer - Internet/ATM Fund Transfer

11) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.

12) All information that you provide us with will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

13) Copyright rule: The graphic and textual content of this site are the property of ilovewonderland or its content suppliers. Modification to the contents of this site is strictly prohibited.


F.A.Q's:

- Why is my order taking so long?
All the jewelry is handmade by order by one person and it goes for a long process before beeing completed. Please be patient and order in advance to get your goodies on time.

- Why haven't I received my order yet?
Sometimes orders take a bit longer than usual due to customs when they arrive to your country. We allow at least 1 month before assuming that the order is lost in the mail. If it's lost but insured it will be sent back to ilovewonderland. Otherwise, we're sorry but we can't help you.
